Recently, I jumped on the opportunity to review a teething necklace and bracelet set made by a company called beabies. Beabies is not a company I had heard of before but working with them has been a pleasure. The sets featured in this review is their pearl set in red and oval set in magenta.

A little information from the company about their product:

SAFE FOR BABY: The teething necklace and bracelet are made of 100% food grade silicone and is BPA-Free, FDA approved, PVC-Free, Latex-Free, Rubber-Free, Lead-Free silicone. It contains no vinyl, phthalates, plastic, nitrosamines, cadmium, or heavy metals. They are taste and smell-free. 100% safe for your infant

SOOTHES TEETHING PAIN: Forget about toxic remedies like teething gel and tablets. Soft, chewy beads provide natural pain relief for your baby’s teeth. It can also be frozen or placed in the freezer so your little one can chew on cold beads.

LOOKS GREAT ON MOMMY: Moms can wear this teething bling like jewelry. Available in different colors, they can be matched to your outfit. Better than baltic amber and great alternative to teether toys and animals like Sophie the giraffe, teething bibs, pacifier, blanket, towel, books, ring, keys or toothbrush.

KEEPS BABY OCCUPIED: Like a toy, it can keep your baby entertained while being held or carried. It can keep your baby from pulling your hair or face while nursing.

-EASY TO CLEAN: Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and care. It can also be boiled for sterilization.

My Experience:

My poor toddler is cutting FIVE teeth right now! I wish I was kidding! She currently has 3 molars and 2 k9’s taking their sweet sweet time to finish coming in. My toddler is a mover so getting her to sit on my lap to use the necklaces is near impossible (that’s ok, I have another baby nearly here who I am sure will happily play and teeth on the necklace portion). However, I did just hand over the bracelets to her and she has been taking them with her everywhere and chewing on them as needed. So far they are holding up very well considering she has some sharp toddler teeth already in place! When it is time for a good cleaning, I just use a little soap and water or boil the jewelry and it is good to go!

I have noticed some teethers have an odd smell to them but these sets are wonderful and do not have the smell. I love knowing they are BPA and chemical free!!

I REALLY like the breakaway clasp on the necklaces as well. I’ve put both necklaces around my neck then yanked to see how much force it would take to get the necklaces to break away. It took just the right amount of force in my opinion. Not so much force that it hurts but not so little force that it breaks away too quickly or easily!

Both sets are very cute and look awesome on! The bracelets are too big for me to wear but I seem to have abnormally skinny wrists (most bracelets are too big for me in general).

As much as I already love these sets, I cannot wait for my new baby to come so I can wear and love them even more!

For a similar teething set you could expect to $40-50. If you are interested in purchasing a set, they are currently on sale on Amazon for $19.27 which is an awesome price for a teething jewelry SET.
